Job Description

Shipping Clerk - 2nd Shift For a client in a shipping and logistics environment, we are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Office Coordinator to support the shipping office during the 2nd shift. The regular schedule is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The selected candidate will begin with day-shift training, either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, until the individual has the knowledge and experience needed to independently manage the shipping office during the after-hours shift. This role requires someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and capable of taking ownership of the shipping process. The position is focused on accurate coordination, consistent follow-through, and maintaining smooth shipping office operations.
Benefits Pay rate:
$18.07 per hour.
Regular schedule:
Mon-Fri 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Initial day-shift training provided before independent 2nd shift work begins. Training schedule remains in place until independent shipping office coverage is confirmed. What You Will Do? Manage the shipping office during the 2nd shift with accuracy and consistent attention to detail. Complete day-shift training on either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Learn the shipping office process until you can independently run the office. Take ownership of shipping workflow responsibilities during your assigned shift. Work independently while maintaining dependable and organized shipping office operations. Your Skills You must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in shipping office tasks. You must be dependable and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities. You must be comfortable working independently during the after-hours shift. You must be capable of taking ownership of the shipping process. You must be able to learn procedures during training and apply them independently later. Interested? Pay Details:
