Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics and RF scanners. Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting, updating inventory management systems, and conducting regular cycle counts. Maintain organized warehouse distribution areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring cleanliness. Perform quality control checks on products to verify accuracy and condition before shipping or storage. Collaborate with team members and warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of order picking & packing processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and safety protocols. Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying order accuracy. Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely. Commitment to safety practices including PPE use, safe equipment operation, and adherence to safety policies. Prior experience with barcode scanning for logistics or RF scanners is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
