BMW of Lubbock, Texas:

Here is what you will be doing: Able to lift 50lbs Preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments Verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments Pull orders and stage for delivery Handle special orders for Service, Body Shop, Wholesale and Retail customers and prepare items for shipment Daily interaction with service technicians to pull parts and deliver to technician Accurately navigate through computer catalog system Locate parts in inventory in a timely manner Place parts in facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages within the company Maintain the dock through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them Report to parts manager and assistant manager Here is what you will need: Excellent organization and administrative skills Ability to multitask and communicate effectively Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude. ADP and CDK experience is not required, but preferred Integrity and leadership skills Exemplary customer care skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts Are detail-oriented, have professional appearance and strong work ethic Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. Valid driver's license High School diploma or GED is required
