In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Operate heavy equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock replenishment. Receive bulk grain and packaged product delieveries. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization within the distribution center. Assist with feed produciton in mill as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Duties:

Process work orders by pulling products for shipping Asseble and wrap pallets for LTL shipping Create Bill of Lading for appropriate carrier Assist with the scheduling pickups with carriers Pack small packages (UPS) orders Create shipping labels for packages Timely fulfill orders in computer system Place inventory in designated storage areas and transfer when necessary Perform inventory cycle counts and adjust as needed Assist in the milling and pelleting of feed as needed Keep warehouse and storeroom fully stocked, well organized, neat and clean

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Very good interpersonal skills and friendly disposition for customer interactions Clean, neat and professional appearance for customer interaction Detail oriented Comfortable using a computer inventory system Good with numbers and arithmetic Ability to remain courteous and professional if challenging situations arise High level of initiative, but able to follow direction Ability to deliver good results without supervision Physical demands and work environment This position is in a feed mill environment This position must regularly lift 50-pound bags of feed Workdays are Monday through Friday Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate, where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
