Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced produce distribution warehouse in McAllen, TX. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate receiving, order processing, inventory control, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities against POs and BOLs Accurately enter receiving and shipping data into warehouse system Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping paperwork Coordinate with forklift drivers and warehouse team for staging and loading Ensure proper lot tracking and inventory accuracy Communicate with office and operations team regarding discrepancies Follow all food safety, OSHA, and company procedures Qualifications 1-3 years shipping & receiving warehouse experience required Experience using iSolve software is required Experience in produce or food distribution preferred Strong computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to work in cold storage environments (34°-45° rooms)
