We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in McAllen, TX. This position is responsible for processing incoming shipments, preparing outgoing packages, verifying product orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. If you are organized, comfortable moving throughout a warehouse, and possess strong attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing team.

Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Processing:

Unpack, inspect, count, and log incoming shipments for accuracy; prepare and label outgoing packages for carrier pickup.

Order Verification:

Double-check packing slips, purchase orders, and part numbers against physical inventory to ensure zero shipping errors.

Packing & Staging:

Carefully pack items, seal cartons, apply shipping labels, and stage orders in designated warehouse bays.

Inventory Control & Data Entry:

Record received goods into the warehouse inventory system and update tracking statuses for outgoing shipments.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep shipping stations, packing materials, and staging areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

PM Skills:

Experience using handheld RF scanners or shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS WorldShip, or basic WMS). Prior experience working with industrial parts, automotive components, or manufacturing inventory. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.

Work Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse stock room operations.

Schedule Availability:

Ability to work Monday through Friday (7:00 AM ??? 4:00 PM) plus required 4-hour shifts on Saturdays.
