Essential Functions You'll start by checking the day's shipment paperwork, then move between the shipping area and the vehicle as orders are staged. Throughout the day you'll stay organized-keeping labels, documents, and counts aligned-then head out for deliveries and return to close out records. You'll coordinate timing with the team, adjust for traffic or weather, and finish by confirming everything is ready for the next run. Transport goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. Loading and unloading goods from company vehicle. Plans route and meeting delivery schedule Maintain detailed log of vehicle including ensuring any mechanical issues are corrected before driving. Count, measure, and weigh articles to verify contents of shipments against bills of lading or invoices for shipping. Examine products for defects and sort articles according to extent of defect. Attach identification data to parts/components and record data for nonconforming material to be returned to suppliers. Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping. Perform basic data entry relevant to shipping. Required Skills Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of licensed driving experience. Demonstrated safe driving history and good driving record. Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and retrieve information accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers. Preferred Skills At least 1 year of experience operating a company vehicle Shipping and receiving experience. Experience in a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing environment Work Environment/PhysicalMental Requirements This job operates in a manufacturing assembly environment. Acute attention to detail is required. Requires lifting parts, tools, and boxes weighing up to 75 lbs.
