Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist with 10+ years of proven experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This is not simply a forklift operator position . We are looking for a knowledgeable warehouse professional who understands the full Shipping & Receiving process, including documentation, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, material movement, and warehouse systems. Responsibilities Manage daily shipping and receiving operations . Prepare and verify BOLs, packing lists, shipping documents, and receiving paperwork . Process inventory transactions accurately within warehouse/inventory systems. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor and control the flow of inventory throughout the warehouse. Pick, verify, and fill customer orders accurately. Load and unload trucks safely. Operate forklifts to move and stage materials. Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions. Ensure materials are properly labeled, staged, and stored. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate with warehouse, operations, and management teams regarding shipments and inventory. Requirements 10+ years of Shipping & Receiving and warehouse experience - REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation. Experience with BOLs, packing lists, and receiving documents . Experience with inventory systems and inventory automation . Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse flow . Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy. Experience picking and filling customer orders. Forklift operating experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to safely handle and move materials. Previous experience in a structured warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Selection Process Qualified candidates will be required to complete an in-person interview . The interview will evaluate their knowledge of Shipping & Receiving, inventory control, documentation, warehouse operations, and forklift experience .
