Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and operate various equipment including forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting e-commerce and warehouse distribution operations.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday - 6AM to 3:15PM (30min Lunch Break) Optional Overtime is Available Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods Prepare items for storage or shipment, including packaging, order picking, and order fulfillment Maintain accurate records of received items, discrepancies, damages, or shortages Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of shipments and deliveries Follow safety protocols during all handling and movement of goods Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving preferred Experience with Microsoft Excel Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment required Knowledge of e-commerce order picking, packaging, and load & unload procedures Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry accuracy Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures Previous experience with order fulfillment processes including order picker operations is a plus
