Job Description
Job Overview Filling online orders from different online platforms like Misprint, Cardtrader, Shopify, and Manapool to be shipped out and for in-store pickup. Items will be Sealed and single trading card products. Speak with customers about trading card games like Riftbound, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, One Piece, Dragonball, Gundam, and palworld. Duties Check Customers out while maintaining ID and card verification processes Be ready to work at your assigned start time Assist with hosting and facilitating in-store events Clean & maintain the appearance of the store, stock the fridge, maintain inventory of binders & accessories Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Hands-on experience with warehouse Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, barcode scanning for logistics, and order fulfillment procedures Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience in packing, materials handling, stock stocking, and quality control within a warehouse environment
