Match physical inventory to purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, shipping documents, and other associated paperwork. Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling prior to receipt or shipment. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and receiving or shipping documentation. Accurately record and maintain receiving and shipping information in the warehouse management system (WMS) or other company systems. Prepare routine reports related to receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and operational performance. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding receiving, shipping, inventory status, or documentation. Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Shipping Manager, Warehouse Manager, or Facility Manager.
