Position Summary We are seeking a versatile candidate to work as an Administrative Clerk with a focus on Shipping & Receiving and Inventory/ERP operations. This person will prepare, review, and perform administrative and warehouse-related tasks to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Success in this role will be reflected through accuracy in shipping and receiving records, inventory management, team collaboration, and overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Perform and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including production-related transactions. Prepare & review documentation, including but not limited to bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and related records ensuring completeness accuracy. Coordinate documentation with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining records within the company's ERP system and document repository. Process inventory and material transactions in the ERP system, maintain data integrity, and support inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. Prepare routing reports and tracking information while maintaining electronic and physical records. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support operational reporting. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in administrative, warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or manufacturing environments, with a focus on inventory control. Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems. Experience with bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, receiving documentation, including pre-arrival planning, quality control, labeling, and record management. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail. Work Environment/Physical Requirements Combination of office and warehouse environments, with the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to move between offices, warehouse areas, shipping, and receiving locations. Regular exposure to warehouse traffic, loading and unloading activities, moving vehicles, and varying temperatures. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and maintain various positions necessary to inspect and verify materials and documentation.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
