Responsibilities Conduct lively and engaging livestream sales presentations to showcase products and promote special offers to viewers. Assist customers by answering questions during live sessions, providing product knowledge, and guiding purchase decisions. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and performing regular stock counts to ensure product availability. Operate warehouse equipment safely during loading and unloading of shipments; ensure proper manual handling practices are followed for heavy lifting. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and retail areas to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and excellent customer service. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently during livestream sessions. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks including stocking, packaging, shipping & receiving, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, product knowledge in grocery or general merchandise environments is beneficial.
