Responsible for the safe operation of a forklift operator to include: Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts. Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary. Six months forklift operation experience. Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment. Using a calculator for basic math to calculate daily production Ability to work mandatory overtime as required. Must have reliable transportation and outstanding attendance. Ability & willingness to work safely & wear PPE as required. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment in a manufacturing plant. Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Work with a positive, can do attitude and the ability to report to work on time every day.
