Job Overview :

As a Sample Shipper, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition process by ensuring potential customers receive the correct product samples they need to make informed purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sample fulfillment process, from initial request to delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Sample Fulfillment:

Efficiently and accurately locate, prepare, and ship product samples in response to customer requests.

Inventory Management:

Organize and maintain the random sample inventory to ensure samples are easily accessible and accounted for.

Customer Communication:

Respond to and manage sample requests via email, providing timely updates and recommending suitable alternatives if an exact sample is not available.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify and recommend a close alternative sample when an exact match is not available in the inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction.
