The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DHL and UPS shipping platforms , basic warehouse and inventory knowledge, and the ability to operate a forklift safely. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments using DHL and UPS platforms . Create shipping labels, shipping documents, packing lists, and other required documentation. Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate shipments with DHL, UPS, and other transportation providers. Verify shipments for accuracy, including quantities, addresses, part numbers, and shipping requirements. Receive incoming materials and verify deliveries against purchase orders or shipping documents. Enter and maintain shipping and receiving information accurately in the company's systems. Utilize SAP for shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and material tracking when applicable. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly identified and stored. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and warehouse area. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. Assist with general warehouse and shipping duties as needed. Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations preferred. Knowledge and experience using DHL and UPS shipping platforms required. SAP experience preferred. Forklift operating experience required; current forklift certification is a plus. Understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and physical inventory procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping and inventory software. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, purchase orders, packing lists, and inventory records. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the position. Commitment to workplace safety and proper material-handling procedures. Preferred Experience 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience. Experience with UPS WorldShip and/or DHL shipping systems. Experience with SAP or another ERP/inventory management system. Forklift certification and demonstrated safe forklift operation. Experience performing cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse and shipping environment. Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Ability to safely lift and move packages and materials as required. Must be able to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet shipping deadlines.
