Job Description

Your Job Molex is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Optical Connectivity operations in Hudson, WI. This role is responsible for receiving and routing inbound deliveries, processing goods receipts in SAP and Coupa, preparing outbound shipments, and coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to resolve shipping, receiving, or documentation issues. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, strong SAP proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. 1 st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm Our Team Molex brings together innovation and technology to deliver electronic solutions to customers worldwide. What You Will Do
  • Receives deliveries. Communicates with employees on delivery issues. Routes incoming goods to the proper departments.
  • Checks in packages and enters Goods Receipts in Coupa or SAP databases. Ensures that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicates with various carrier companies on shipping and receiving issues; works with local logistics to file damage claims.
  • Prepares out-going shipments, completes required paperwork, and prints shipping labels working with 3 rd party vendor software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Work with PO requisitioners/accounts payable, etc to resolve any issues regarding goods receipts in purchasing Coupa and SAP programs.
  • Understand, support and contribute to current Quality Management Systems (QMS), International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a shipping and/or receiving warehouse environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP modules and transactions related to inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, shipping documentation, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience processing inbound/outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining transaction records within SAP.
  • Experience communicating shipping/receiving information or issues with employees and various carrier companies via phone and/or email.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment while maintaining accurate SAP data entry and reporting. What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with barcode scanning, material movement processing, cycle counts, and logistics coordination in an SAP-driven environment.
