Collaborate with other workers and departments to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools. Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning conformance to customer specifications. Move materials, parts, and goods using manual carts, pallet jacks, or certified equipment. Pack finished goods securely, apply product labels, and prepare items for shipping. Assist in the maintaining of equipment and clean workspaces. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein; this includes assisting other departments as needed, based on workload and productivity.
