Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM About the Role Burghardt Sporting Goods is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate to help prepare team and group orders during our busy holiday season. In this role, you'll organize incoming merchandise, sort bulk shipments into individual customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare completed orders for shipping or pickup. Every order you handle represents an athlete, coach, family, school, or organization waiting for customized gear. Your attention to detail helps make sure they receive exactly what they ordered. What You'll Do Sort bulk team and group shipments into individual customer orders. Verify sizes, styles, colors, quantities, and customizations for accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare completed orders for shipping, delivery, or pickup. Organize merchandise, boxes, and fulfillment work areas. Identify and report missing items, incorrect products, or production errors. Assist with moving boxes and other general fulfillment tasks as needed. Able to work independently while contributing to a team. Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to approximately 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to push and pull carts within the facility. Schedule This is a part-time, seasonal position averaging 20-30 hours per week based on business needs.
