Job Summary:
WB Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations. This position involves both physical and administrative responsibilities, including forklift operation, documentation, and communication with vendors and internal teams. 2nd
Shift:
Monday - Friday. 2PM to 10:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving Operations:
Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing slips. Unload deliveries, verify contents, and organize received goods. Stage and pack outgoing shipments and print shipping labels. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning equipment. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Record order details in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Administrative Support:
Schedule truck appointments and check in drivers. Answer shipping/receiving emails and phone calls professionally. Open, read, and route incoming communications. Process shipping documents and enter receiving paperwork into ERP systems. Match invoices to pricing, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and coordinate with logistics providers and procurement teams.
Compliance & Maintenance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and audit regulations. Audit receiving paperwork and report damages, rejections, or discrepancies. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Willingness to work overtime as required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift operation. Shipping/receiving and reach truck experience preferred. Comfortable using RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Must be proficient in English (written and verbal).
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
