$20-22/hour Position Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders, quotes, and projects move efficiently from inquiry through delivery. This role works closely with Sales, CAD/Engineering, Production, and Customers to provide exceptional support while developing a strong understanding of company products, materials, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage customer quotations. Enter and maintain customer orders within the ERP system. Serve as the primary support resource for assigned sales representatives and customers. Coordinate with CAD, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates regarding schedules, changes, and delivery expectations. Resolve customer inquiries related to products, pricing, lead times, and order status. Assist in reviewing specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. Maintain accurate customer data, pricing information, and documentation. Support continuous improvement efforts related to customer satisfaction and internal processes. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, sales support, order management, or account coordination experience. Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, packaging, printing, tooling, or technical product experience preferred. Experience preparing quotes and processing orders. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and priorities. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes. Preferred Characteristics Customer-focused with a sense of urgency. Strong problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented and collaborative. Comfortable working with technical information and specifications. Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
