What You'll Do As Shipping/Receiving tech, you'll be a key part of our daily flow, handling the movement of materials in and out of the facility: Receive incoming materials and complete all receiving steps (paperwork + ERP entry) Pick, fill, and package orders based on customer purchase orders or inventory needs Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers Coordinate closely with Production, Customer Service, Quality, and Materials teams Support general warehouse upkeep and plant cleaning Jump in to help Production or Quality when needed — teamwork is everything here Shipping/Receiving tech candidates will receive training to follow FDA regulations for food/dietary supplement manufacturing. A positive attitude , reliable attendance , and team‑first mindset are essential. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands‑on role. As Shipping/Receiving tech you may have to: Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Lift 30-40 lbs repeatedly while bending/twisting Kneel, squat, and move throughout the facility Operate a forklift and pallet jacks to move materials What You Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized and keeping things moving: Experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) ERP or shipping software experience (preferred) Strong time‑management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self‑starter attitude with solid problem‑solving skills High attention to detail Benefits & Perks We take care of our team.
