Job Description

Quad is seeking 2nd and 3rd Shift Distribution Technicians to support our technology-driven marketing production and logistics operations. In this role, you'll use warehouse and inventory systems to pick, pack and stage printed and digital marketing materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality and on-time delivery. You will operate material handling equipment, follow safety and security standards, and troubleshoot basic system or equipment issues. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll learn advanced production, mailing and distribution technologies with clear opportunities for skill building and career growth. Responsibilities Pick, pack and stage marketing materials for shipment using warehouse systems Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Use distribution and mailing software or scanners to process orders Inspect materials and packaging for quality and accuracy Follow established safety, security and compliance procedures Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines Troubleshoot basic system or equipment issues and escalate as needed Keep work areas clean, organized and audit ready Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts Required Skills Warehouse management systems (WMS) Inventory control and cycle counting Order picking and packing Material handling equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) Barcode scanners and RF devices Basic computer literacy and data entry Shipping and receiving processes Mailing and distribution workflows Quality control and inspection Workplace safety and OSHA awareness
