Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently pulling and packaging orders and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help us maintain a smooth manufacturing operation, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately for logistics and order fulfillment systems Operate laser etching machine for accurate product recognition and traceability Pack and unpack incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while maintaining quality standards Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory records Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in manufacturing operations, distribution, or logistics environments is a plus Experience with warehouse management system (WMS) software Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing operations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, load & unload for extended periods throughout shifts
