This full-time role is essential in ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse supervisors and associates, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and fulfillment center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage Warehouse Floor Supervisors and warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Oversee receiving processes, stocking procedures, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery to customers. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective stock management practices. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolve any logistical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all warehouse activities. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or fulfillment operations within the metals distribution or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order processing. Ability to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is preferred. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
