Job Summary The Processing Manager oversees all daily operations within our warehouse processing department. This role ensures merchandise from truckloads is efficiently broken down, sorted, cleaned, scanned, and processed for shipment to Beyond Deals retail stores. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, problem-solver, and able to lead a large team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining OSHA safety standards and operational efficiency. Duties Oversee all aspects of the processing department, including truckload breakdown, sorting (40+ categories), cleaning, pricing, and palletizing merchandise. Conduct hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for processing staff. Manage, train, and motivate a team of 30+ employees. Resolve employee concerns, track attendance, and ensure accountability. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow and improve productivity. Monitor expenses, labor hours, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Evaluate merchandise for resale suitability and determine which products to process or exclude. Track inventory flow and processing performance using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate daily with Marketing, Shipping, and Warehousing departments to ensure smooth coordination. Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety procedures throughout the warehouse. Processing Hours & Schedule Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM Management schedule based on business needs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in warehouse, processing, or distribution management (retail preferred).

Bilingual:

English & Spanish required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking data and performance. Knowledge of product value and ability to identify desirable merchandise. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety compliance. Comfortable making daily operational decisions and leading in a hands-on environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting.
