Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) About the Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee our vehicle Paint Protection Film (PPF) inventory and daily warehouse operations in City of Industry. Our inventory consists primarily of PPF rolls and related automotive film materials , so accurate tracking is extremely important. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory records, consignment roll tracking, material planning, warehouse organization, and coordinating warehouse helpers. Inventory accuracy and attention to detail are the #1 priorities for this position. This is a hands-on management position, but it is not primarily a physical labor role . We need someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, maintain accurate records, and keep everything organized and traceable. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & PPF Roll Tracking Maintain accurate records for all PPF rolls and warehouse inventory. Record all incoming and outgoing inventory promptly and accurately. Maintain detailed consignment roll records , including roll-in, roll-out, transfers, returns, and current status. Ensure each PPF roll is properly identified, labeled, stored, and traceable. Verify product type, quantity, size, and other relevant information before inventory is received or released. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain organized inventory documentation and supporting records. Investigate any inventory discrepancy immediately. Prepare accurate month-end inventory records and reports. Material Planning & Purchasing Monitor PPF inventory and warehouse supply levels. Plan material needs based on inventory movement, sales, and upcoming demand. Order warehouse materials and operational supplies as needed. Identify low-stock items in advance and communicate purchasing needs to management. Help prevent both stock shortages and unnecessary overstock. Warehouse Organization Plan and maintain an organized warehouse layout. Assign clear storage locations for different PPF products, rolls, and materials. Maintain accurate labeling and location records. Keep receiving, inventory, packing, and shipping areas organized. Continuously improve warehouse space utilization and workflow. Warehouse Helper Coordination Arrange and coordinate 1-2 warehouse helpers as needed , typically for larger weekly organization projects. Assign work such as reorganizing inventory, moving materials, cleaning, labeling, and warehouse setup. Supervise helpers and verify that products are placed back in the correct locations. Make sure warehouse organization work does not create inventory discrepancies. Warehouse Operations Receive and verify incoming shipments. Check products against packing lists and inventory records. Assist with outgoing shipments and inventory preparation when needed. Occasionally operate a forklift. Move and organize PPF rolls and other materials as needed. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or warehouse operations . Exceptional attention to detail is required. Strong understanding of inventory receiving, movement, reconciliation, and recordkeeping. Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management systems. Strong organizational and planning skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations. Experience coordinating warehouse staff or helpers preferred. Forklift experience required. Able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs . Reliable, responsible, and consistent with documentation. Experience with automotive film, PPF, window tint, vinyl, rolls, or similar inventory is a plus but not required. What Success Looks Like The right person for this role is someone who notices small details and does not rely on memory when managing inventory. Every PPF roll should have a clear record of what it is, where it is, when it came in, and when or where it went out. Physical inventory should match warehouse records, consignment inventory should be fully traceable, and management should be able to rely on the warehouse data when making purchasing and operational decisions.Job Types:
