Job Description

Job Overview Domo Wine Services is a locally based, family-owned business providing wine storage, fulfillment, shipping, and transportation services. We are seeking an experienced Office & Fulfillment Operations Manager to join our growing company and build a long-term future with our team. Based at our Clements, California office, this person will play a key role in keeping daily operations organized and ensuring our winery customers receive accurate, responsive, and dependable service. This is much more than a traditional office-management position. The successful candidate will coordinate customer orders from receipt through picking, packing, shipping, delivery, or will-call pickup. They will work closely with our customers, warehouse teams, shipping department, drivers, and company ownership while using our warehouse management system to monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment activity. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities without allowing details to be missed. The ideal candidate will have previous WMS and fulfillment experience, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and the ability to remain accurate and composed during busy wine-club and shipping periods. As Domo continues to grow, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take on increasing responsibility, improve our processes, and become an important long-term member of our team.
