We help brands scale in the U.S. by providing reliable fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and dedicated client support from inbound to last-mile. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will help oversee warehouse activities, manage staff, and ensure efficient order processing and shipping. Key Responsibilities Assist the Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and workflow Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping Manage inventory, stock levels, and cycle counts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Handle any operational issues and report to management Qualifications No experience necessary - we will provide training Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills required Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Forklift experience required (Standing forklift is a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk frequently Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
