Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, from receiving shipments to delivering top-quality products to our customers. We're looking for a Warehouse / Operations Manager to join our growing team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us. About the Role As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for handling daily warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a team-oriented mindset. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy. Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outgoing orders, ensuring proper labeling and packaging. Maintain warehouse organization and assist with stock rotation. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Work closely with domestic and international shipping carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. What You've Done 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience (preferred but not required). Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping procedures. Forklift certification is a plus, but we offer training for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude who can adapt to changing priorities.
