$20/H Exact Duties for Japanese bilingual Warehouse administrator #11787: Receive, prepare, and process order sheets Communicate with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery Communicate with customers via e-mail and phone regarding shipments and issues. Take customer inquiries Tracking shipments and notifying customers and internal teams of shipment status Monitor inventory and shipments using company systems Other duties as required Requirements for Japanese bilingual Warehouse administrator #11787: Japanese / English - (read/write/speak) Basic PC skills (Word / Excel / Outlook) 2-3 year minimum prior experience in an administration role Experience with administration in a warehousing environment would be a big plus.
