Job Description

Warehouse Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and a team of 20-30 employees. This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and step in wherever needed. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule:
7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on operational needs.
Salary:
$55,000-$60,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Manage, supervise, and support a team of 20-30 warehouse employees
Attendance & Timekeeping:
Log and track employee hours, and ensure staff arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
Operational Oversight:
Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently to meet demand
Quality Control:
Monitor employee performance to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and to standard
Training & Development:
Train employees on the picking and packing process and ensure adherence to established procedures
Hands-On Support:
Assist with every process, stepping in to help across all areas of the operation as needed
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels at all times
Receiving:
Manage the receiving of new orders, ensuring shipments arrive in a timely manner and are verified for accuracy, quality, expiration dates, and correct item quantities
Organization:
Maintain the organization of the warehouse and item locations
Facilities Maintenance:
Manage the upkeep of the facility, including cleaning common areas and restrooms
Communication:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, including customer service and purchasing Qualifications Warehouse management experience preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including fast typing and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy A hands-on leader who is willing to step in and get directly involved Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work holidays as needed Benefits We value our team members and offer a competitive benefits package, including: Retirement benefits Health benefits Paid time off Benefits become available after the successful completion of a 90-day introductory period.
