We specialize in imported apparel and have been a stable, established business in Downtown Los Angeles for over 15 years. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse staff while maintaining an efficient and well-organized work environment. Extensive management experience is not required. We welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, leadership potential, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and order fulfillment Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks Coordinate incoming cargo deliveries and ensure merchandise is received accurately Monitor order processing and ensure shipments are completed on time Maintain accurate inventory records and organized operational data Supervise warehouse staff and promote productivity and accountability Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and feedback Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety standards Work with shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required Experience in wholesale fashion, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred Experience receiving imported merchandise is a plus Management or team leadership experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, responsible, and able to take initiative Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with documentation, inventory records, and operational data Familiarity with FashionGo, N41, Faire, or Shopify is a plus Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the company Team Leadership Supervise, train, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory staff Assign responsibilities and monitor daily progress Provide clear direction and constructive feedback Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Maintain a structured, efficient, and respectful work environment Benefits Lunch provided Paid time off Paid holidaysPay:
