Pharmacy located in Marysville, CA is looking for a dependable Pharmacy Delivery driver /Data entry
Clerk/ Cashier Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. Prior delivery driving experience is a plus. Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during the day. Strong customer service and communication skills. Prior Pharmacy experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual preferably
Spanish Area:
Must be able to work in the
Marysville, CA Licensure Requirements:
Must have a valid and active California Driver license.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of Experience:
2 years in retail, or pharmacy
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Background/ Drug Requirements:
Ability to pass drug and background check
Physical Demands:
May stand, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May stand eight (8) hours per day. Ability to lift containers/Boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity to see and read fine print.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Clerk Enter new and refill orders in a timely and accurate manner Support the patient intake process Process orders based on the priority assigned Courteously assists all internal and external customers Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA Assist with pharmacy workflow as needed Answer incoming customer calls Obtain information and explain available products or services Respond to inquiries Create and maintain accurate customer records Maintain required documentation for tracking and researching orders Understand Medicare Policy and Co-Pay requirements/guidelines Assist team members as needed to meet workflow deadlines Delivery Driver Provides Pharmacy Delivery Services by ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of medications and supplies per customer demand and the requirements of the assigned route. Responsible for creating, editing, and finalizing a Delivery manifest through the current pharmacy information system. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of delivery manifests (sheet(s)/tickets) and other documentation Delivers items to specific locations according to priority requests from Pharmacy personnel. Provides timely and accurate completion of deliveries to pharmacy customers while using the safest and most efficient delivery routes. Performs any other duties as required to ensure a safe and efficient pharmacy operation.
