Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our 3PL facility in Perris, CA. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories. Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, labor costs, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and continuous process improvements. Oversee WMS operations and resolve operational issues promptly. Requirements Chinese (Mandarin) and English bilingual required. 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a 3PL environment is required. Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management, labor planning, and KPI management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
