Branch Manager About Advanced Facility Solutions Advanced Facility Solutions is a leader in fire, water, mold, and reconstruction services throughout Northern California. We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse, fleet, equipment, inventory, and facilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field operations by ensuring technicians have the vehicles, equipment, and supplies they need to deliver exceptional service every day. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall organization, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory control, fleet readiness, and operational support of our warehouse facilities and company vehicles. This role oversees restoration equipment, tools, supplies, company vehicles, vendor coordination, and warehouse personnel while ensuring company assets remain organized, maintained, and ready for deployment. Primary ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Ensure all equipment is stored properly and ready for deployment Organize shelving, storage areas, and warehouse layout Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse buildings, parking lots, and exterior areas Receive deliveries and properly stock inventory Coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed Ensure all buildings remain inspection-ready Fleet Management Review daily vehicle inspections Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs Coordinate oil changes, transmission service, tire repairs, and other maintenance Maintain vehicle inventory lists and driver assignments Ensure vehicles remain clean, fueled, stocked, and mechanically sound Monitor vehicle mileage and optimize vehicle assignments Prepare new vehicles with: Company graphics Geotab installation FasTrak Vehicle equipment Security locks Equipment Management Receive, inspect, clean, and organize restoration equipment between jobs Maintain inventory of: Air movers Dehumidifiers Air scrubbers Extractors Generators Specialty tools Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance Coordinate larger repairs with vendors Label and track all company equipment Conduct quarterly equipment counts Update equipment inventory spreadsheets Inventory & Supply Management Maintain inventory levels of warehouse supplies Order materials from approved vendors Ensure technicians have required job supplies Maintain inventory of: PPE Cleaning chemicals Drywall Fasteners Spray pumps Vehicle fluids Tools Etc Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventories Monitor warehouse expenses Facilities Maintenance Maintain warehouse buildings and yards Replace HVAC filters quarterly Coordinate pest control Monitor general building repairs Ensure fire extinguishers remain current Maintain SDS documentation Prepare warehouse for city and fire inspections Keep parking lots, yards, and exterior areas clean and safe Safety & Compliance Enforce warehouse safety procedures Ensure proper chemical storage Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse practices Monitor housekeeping standards Maintain inspection readiness Promote safe lifting and equipment handling practices Administrative Responsibilities Maintain inventory databases and spreadsheets Maintain gas card records Coordinate insurance claims with HR and management Track warehouse expenses Support department managers with equipment planning and fleet expansion Team Support Coordinate daily with Project Managers and Field Supervisors Ensure crews have equipment and supplies before dispatch Assist field teams when operational needs require Train warehouse personnel on procedures and best practices Hold team members accountable for warehouse standards Typical Schedule of ResponsibilitiesDaily Inspect warehouse and facilities Ensure vehicles are clean and stocked Review technician supply pickups Maintain organization throughout warehouse Receive deliveries Lock warehouse and gates at close of business Monitor parking and exterior cleanliness Weekly Complete vehicle maintenance follow-up Stock incoming inventory Repair damaged equipment Update equipment inventory Organize warehouse buildings Monthly Perform detailed vehicle inspections Audit equipment inventory Review maintenance expenses Meet with management regarding fleet and equipment Quarterly Replace HVAC filters Conduct full equipment counts Update lockbox codes Annually Prepare for fire and city inspections Verify SDS documentation Inspect fire extinguishers Review warehouse compliance requirements Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, fleet, construction, restoration, or facilities management experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and inventory management skills Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor equipment repairs Experience managing vehicles, tools, or restoration equipment preferred Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a background check Physical Requirements Lift 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance) Frequently bend, kneel, climb, and reach Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles Safely move heavy restoration equipment Why Join Advanced Facility Solutions? Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
