About Our Client Our client is a high growth and established food manufacturer with facilities in Victorville, CA and Chino, CA. Job Description As the Warehouse Director you will lead and manage warehouse operations across multiple facilities ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity are being met. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse workflows and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery timelines. Monitor and manage warehouse managers, supervisors and warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations. Analyze data and generate reports to identify opportunities for process improvement. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role will be based in Victorville, CA and will oversee facilities in Victorville, CA and Chino, CA. The Successful Applicant A successful Warehouse Director should have: Experience in logistics and warehouse operations, specifically within the food manufacturing industry. Must have a bachelors degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes. Ability to lead and manage multiple facilities and teams effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This role is based in Victorville, CA and will oversee warehouse operations in Victorville, CA and Chino, CA.
