Receiving - Four Receivers, one supervisor 2. Stocking - Four forklift operators, one auditor, one supervisor Conduct the hiring process 1. Coordinate and conduct interviews 2. Coordinate with HR for Background checks and Assessments 3. Setup appointments for drug screens and alcohol testing Prepare and conduct annual reviews for supervisors Oversee the Supervisors prepare and conduct 90 day and annual reviews for their personnel Enforce Policies Write review and enforce policies and procedures for warehouse operations Develop Weekly department status report and monthly scorecard Develop Semi-annual department goal reviews Maintain the reorganization of the warehouse marking system
Training Oversee Training Processes:
Pathguide Latitude WMS, Receiving, Stocking, Scratch & Dent Oversee Outbound freight Operations 1. Drivers (3) 2. Supervisors (1) 3. Auditors (1) 4. Pullers/Forklift operators (7) Delivery Fleet 1. Oversee scheduling of repairs and PMs, approve invoices 2. Inform Logistics Mangers of cost or quotes to repair 3. Source new Box Trucks through MHC get approval for purchase Conduct the hiring process 1. Coordinate and Conduct Interviews 2. Coordinate with HR for Background checks and Assessments 3. Setup appointments for Drug Screening and Alcohol testing Prepare and conduct annual reviews for supervisors Oversee that Supervisors prepare and conduct 90 day and annual reviews for their personnel Enforce Policies Write review and enforce policies and procedures for Outbound operations Prepare Monthly Scorecard Training Oversee Training Processes • Day to Day Coordinate with supervisors to see that Pre deliver, Delivery and Receiving processes are running smoothly Identify problems, investigate and resolve In coordination with purchasing and inventory control, validate that inventory adjustments are made Verify that stock is in a primary location or overstock Oversee Scratch and Dent Oversee Freight Damage Assist supervisors with disciplinary action Coordinate Care of Building Trash pickup and Cardboard Recycling Lighting Seasonal Operations for lawn care and snow removal Coordinate with Systems Group for the backflow testing, fire and lighting Power Equipment/Dock Door Supervise Maintenance Coordinate quarterly PMs Develop the repair and maintenance plans for all power equipment Train and supervise power equipment trainers Develop the repair and maintenance plans for dock doors and dock plates Safety Manager Serve as Safety Manager Establish a safety council Maintain Emergency Action Plan Maintain power equipment training and certification Develop a policy for the prevention of heat or cold injuries for the warehouse Ensure safe operations by all personnel Offered compensation: $70,000/yr - $85,000/yr
