This role is responsible for leading our support team, managing order fulfillment from pick to ship, and ensuring incoming shipments and logistics run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ShipStation and Shopify. Responsibilities Manage and support the warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and daily oversight Oversee the packing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Use ShipStation to manage order fulfillment, print labels, and track shipments Work within Shopify to manage orders, inventory, and product information Coordinate incoming shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and logging inventory Manage logistics and carrier relationships to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Troubleshoot fulfillment or shipping issues as they arise Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate restocking as needed Requirements (Must-Have) Prior warehouse experience required Prior experience managing or supervising staff required Prior inventory management experience required Hands-on experience with ShipStation (or similar fulfillment/shipping software) Familiarity with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills Nice to Have Experience with inventory management systems Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer fulfillment
