Warehouse Manager

The Manager of Warehouse Operations leads a team of supervisors and operators in our FL Consolidation Center facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure both shipping and receiving schedules are maintained and customer needs are met timely and accurately. Supervise warehouse team leads and staff, focusing on daily performance and team engagement. Champion team morale and productivity at every opportunity. Set equitable efficiency and conduct standards for team members and ensure compliance to maximize teamwork, and ensure workload is equitable across all team members. Address all warehouse employee issues, including attendance, performance, and conduct, in partnership with Human Resources. Manage all equipment and maintenance needs and escalate issues to management and safety for timely responses or repairs as needed, to avoid business disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices within the warehouse team. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Function as an agent of change and operational improvement at every opportunity. Collaborate with other departments to ensure warehouse operations align with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent job experience in related fields. 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role. Proficient in warehouse management systems and current logistics technologies. Lean Methodology knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
