We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse employees. You will be working directly for a well-established and successfully operated Wholesale and E-commerce company in the Footwear and Apparel industry. They are an excellent company to work for with low turnover and happy employees! The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a positive attitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to hold employees accountable. Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees and ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Supervise, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities. Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate merchandise transfers from the warehouse to retail locations. Assist with invoicing and correctly apply payments or funds to the appropriate orders. Maintain accurate records using SAP Business One, Microsoft Excel, and other computer systems. Support efficient daily warehouse operations and help resolve employee or workflow issues. Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to assign tasks, manage employees, and maintain accountability. Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Excel, File Explorer, and other computer applications. Experience with SAP Business One is strongly preferred. Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of daily responsibilities. Spanish-language skills are a strong plus
