Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure seamless inventory control. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of inventory management systems and regular cycle counts. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, and distribution center operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control techniques, and inventory management software. Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting tools safely. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like lean management to streamline warehouse workflows.
