Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, logistics, and supply chain management. Duties Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Implement effective materials management strategies to optimize storage space and improve workflow. Oversee demand planning to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Develop and maintain transportation planning processes to enhance distribution efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management is required. Familiarity with tracking inventory and shipments. Experience in demand planning and materials management is highly desirable. Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, including documentation requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
