Required Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Georgia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting, with an understanding of IEP procedures and documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as required Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students progress Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely records Provide direct therapeutic services for students individually or in small groups Monitor progress and adjust interventions to help students achieve their communication goals Benefits of this
