• Full-time Menehune Water Company, Hawaii's own water brand, is looking for a Distribution Manager Assistant to join our 5-Gallon Distribution Division. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping operations running smoothly, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, this could be your next role. What you'll do: Support daily dispatch operations, sorting and assigning delivery slips to drivers Step in as acting lead when the Distribution Manager is out Open the division at 5:00 a.m. as needed Jump in as a backup route driver when the schedule calls for it Help maintain fleet inventory records and vehicle cleanliness Handle delivery documentation, invoices, and customer records Deliver great customer service and resolve delivery issues on the spot What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED Legally authorized to work in the

U.S. 1-3

years of delivery, route driving, or distribution experience preferred Hawaii CDL Class A or B with a clean abstract preferred Current CDL Medical Card preferred Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime/weekends
