Job Description
Gifting Experience Coordinator — Part-Time Maui's Finest Gifts | Maui, Hawaiʻi Part-time | Approximately 16-18 hours per week
Pay:
$20 - 28 | Paid biweekly Maui's Finest Gifts is looking for an exceptionally reliable, organized and self-directed Gifting Experience Coordinator to join our small Maui-based team. We create thoughtfully curated gifts for individual customers, businesses and corporate groups throughout Maui, and also ship our products to the mainland. Our reputation has been built on beautiful presentation, attention to detail and outstanding customer service. The ideal person enjoys working independently, notices the little things, and can solve problems without needing constant direction. The Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 16-18 hours per week . You must be able to commit to three regular five-hour shifts each week , with at least two shifts falling on weekdays . Some flexibility is also required for occasional gift preparation or deliveries outside your regular shifts. Physical Requirements You must be able to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally and be able to remain on your feet for extended periods, up to approximately 4-5 hours during a shift, while assembling, packing, and preparing gift orders, with or without reasonable accommodation. What You'll Do- Assemble and package gift orders
- Make deliveries to hotels, businesses and customers throughout Maui using your own vehicle
- Answer customer emails and coordinate orders
- Create and publish social media content and online newsletters once a week You May Be a Great Fit If You

- Are familiar with MS Office programs, such as Word and Excel
- Are comfortable using—or open to learning—AI tools for everyday productivity Driving & Vehicle Requirements Deliveries are a regular part of this position.
You must have:
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable, clean and well-kept personal vehicle that is less than 10 years old
- Current automobile insurance
- The ability and willingness to use your own vehicle for deliveries throughout Maui In addition to your hourly pay, you will receive separate delivery compensation based on the delivery area , currently $9.
