Job Description

EPI Power is growing and looking to add a Warehouse Manager to our team! EPI Power, LLC ("EPI") is a licensed electrical contractor and subsidiary of The Weitz Company that specializes in data centers. Our mission is to safely deliver industry-leading electrical construction solutions on a fast-track basis. The Warehouse Manager will provide oversight and support across all EPI Power warehouses. The position will also require the ability and willingness to travel to other warehouse locations as needed to provide operational support, ensure consistency with company procedures and standards, and assist with warehouse related issues when required.

What You'll Do:

Ensure warehouse and equipment operation(s) is well-maintained in an organized manner Collaborate with applicable warehouse and project teams prior to purchasing, leasing or renting equipment Track equipment and tool usage to ensure regular scheduled maintenance is completed within regulations; recommend replacement, sale or repair, as necessary Source and solidify reputable vendors for external equipment maintenance needs Pursue opportunities to provide additional services in an effort to expand warehouse operations Support warehouse safety programs, including: ensuring implementation, ensuring all equipment and tools are in safe working condition, establishing positive safety behavior and adhering to Company's safety protocols Comply with DOT regulations (i.e. trailer weight/load restrictions, equipment maintenance) Ensure equipment and tools are delivered timely to project sites in order to maximize productivity Maintain current asset inventory to resolve inventory irregularities, usage inaccuracies and equipment uses Set maintenance requirements of fleet trucks Create business plans for purchasing of equipment Operate small equipment to load/unload trucks, rearrange items, and other tasks as needed Ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely

What We're Looking For:
Education:

An industry related bachelor's degree is preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Forklift Certification is required, or the willingness to obtain upon hire

Experience:

A minimum of ten (10) years of construction related warehouse experience is preferred, including management of quality assurance processes and leading change within a warehouse. OSHA 30 preferred, or the willingness to obtain upon hire

Technology:

Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as
