In this role, you-ll guide daily operations, support team development, and foster a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family. This position is a new site in Elmwood, IL, Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

What You-ll Do:

Welcome and onboard new team members with care Support growth through coaching, feedback, and development Keep operations running smoothly and safely Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement Build strong relationships with your team and our partners Ensure the site is clean, efficient, and aligned with our values

What You Bring:

5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education) Strong communication and people skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus) Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
