Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Manager to handle our day-to-day shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ship multiple packages daily to customers throughout the U.S.
- Make sure all shipments are accurate and go out on time
- Track outgoing shipments and follow up on delayed, missing, or lost packages
- Work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers to resolve shipping issues
- Receive incoming shipments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the shipping area organized and running efficiently
- Take ownership of the shipping process from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple shipments and priorities throughout the day
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Basic computer and shipping software skills We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting things done accurately, efficiently, and on time.
