Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, inventory management, WMS, and logistics coordination. Experience with overseas warehouses, 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred. This position is ideal for a warehouse leader who can effectively manage day-to-day activities, develop team members, identify operational issues, and work cross-functionally to improve overall warehouse performance.
Compensation:
$65,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and whether the candidate is hired at the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager level. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping . Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to maintain productivity, accuracy, and operational standards. Monitor daily workflows and ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Coordinate with inventory, supply chain, procurement, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to support smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Monitor inventory activity and help maintain accurate inventory records while addressing discrepancies as needed. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support warehouse operations, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate operational data. Prepare and review warehouse performance reports, KPIs, productivity metrics, and inventory-related reports. Monitor team productivity and operational performance and take corrective action when necessary. Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, task assignments, and labor allocation based on business needs. Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements to increase productivity, accuracy, and overall efficiency. Ensure employees follow company policies, warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment. Communicate operational updates, challenges, and potential issues to management in a timely manner. Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse leadership role. Strong knowledge of general warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes. Experience with warehouse inventory management and operational workflows. Experience using WMS or warehouse management software . Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment . Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, e-commerce, or overseas warehouse operations is highly preferred. Ability to work onsite and support operational scheduling requirements as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin . Experience supervising both inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Experience in a large-scale fulfillment or distribution center. Experience with KPI tracking, productivity management, and workforce planning. Experience with process improvement and SOP implementation. Forklift certification is preferred.
